1050 aluminum plate contains more than 99.5% aluminum, is a kind of industrial pure aluminum.1050 aluminum plate has high plasticity, corrosion resistance, good electrical and thermal conductivity, but low strength.We can produce 1050 aluminum plates 20-2650mm wide and 0.1-500mm thick for customized production.

According to the international designation principle, the product shall be qualified only if the aluminum content reaches 99.5% or more.China's aluminum alloy technical standard (GB/ t3880-2006) also clearly stipulates that 1050 contains 99.5% aluminum.Because it contains no other technical elements, the production process is relatively simple and the price is relatively cheap. It is the most commonly used series in conventional industries.Industrial pure aluminum has high plasticity, corrosion resistance, good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, but the strength is low, not through heat treatment reinforcement, cutting is not good, can accept contact welding, gas welding.

Industrial pure aluminum has the general characteristics of aluminum, low density, good conductivity, good corrosion resistance, good plastic processing performance, can be processed into plates, tape, foil and extrusion products, gas welding, argon arc welding, spot welding.
The only form of heat treatment is annealing. The starting temperature of recrystallization is related to impurity content and deformation degree, generally around 200℃.Sheet annealing of sigma b = 80 ~ 100 mpa, sigma 0.2 = 30 ~ 50 mpa, zeta = 35% ~ 40%, HB = 25 ~ 30.Cold deformation by 60% ~ 80%, although can increase to 150 ~ 180 mpa, but zeta value decreased to 1% ~ 1.5%.Increasing the content of iron and silicon impurities can improve the strength, but reduce the plasticity, conductivity and corrosion resistance.The annealing and hardening characteristics of 1200(L5) industrial pure aluminum plates are shown in the figure.It can be seen from the figure that the mechanical properties of different cold work hardening states can be obtained by adjusting the annealing temperature after cold deformation or controlling the cold deformation amount after cold deformation.In order to improve the formability, the former method is better.

Heat treatment specification:
1) complete annealing: heating 390 ~ 430℃;With different effective thickness of the material, the holding time was 30 ~ 120min.At a speed of 30 ~ 50℃/h, it is cooled with the furnace to 300℃, and then air cooled again.
2) rapid annealing: heating 350 ~ 370℃;With different effective thickness of the material, the holding time was 30 ~ 120min.Air or water is cold.
3) quenching and aging: quenching 500 ~ 510℃, air-cooled;Artificial aging 95 ~ 105℃,3h, air cooling;Natural aging room temperature 120h.
